The Tool may request access to your device’s location in order to display nearby clinics. By granting location access, you consent to the temporary use of your geographic coordinates solely for the purpose of returning relevant search results.

The appearance of a clinic in the Tool’s search results does not constitute an endorsement, referral, or recommendation by us. We do not verify the credentials, licensure, quality of care, or regulatory compliance of any healthcare provider listed. All decisions regarding the selection of a healthcare provider remain solely with the user.

Clinics listed in the Tool have a commercial relationship with Tympa Health Technologies Inc.

Subject to the below, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any results obtained through the Tool will be accurate or reliable.

Any defects in the Tool will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Tool.

All content, features, and functionality of the Tool — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, and underlying software — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Tool without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Tool for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Tool or interfere with any other party’s use of it. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of clinic data without our express written consent.
• Using the Tool to transmit unsolicited communications to listed clinics.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Tool or its underlying systems.
• Using the Tool in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
